The Tai Po Recovery and Rehousing Fund is coordinated by Faith in Love and run by a pro-bono team of renovation/construction related professionals to help with the rehabilitation of Tai Po fire displaced families (80% being elderly residents). The RRF will subsidise furniture, materials and supply purchases, while volunteer interior designers, engineers, contractors, and workers donate their time to improve the lives of new residents of transitional housing at one of the settlement sites named Tai Po “Good House.”
Please contact us if you know anyone that would like to join the team. Already, we have got a small team of around 30 people to get started, our worker team will help with move-in arrangements for the elderly. Installing limited furniture, adding accessibility enhancements such as ramps for wheel-chair users, corner guards, cabinets, handles, retrofitting sorting donated furniture to fit the living spaces (example here). 【大埔災後安居支援計劃】由本基金會義助的裝修及建築專業團隊運作，專為支援大埔火災中失去家園的家庭（其中八成為長者居民）重建生活。本計劃將資助傢俬、建材及日用品的購置，並由義務室內設計師、工程師、工料測量師、承建商及工友捐獻時間，為入駐過渡性房屋善導會善樓的新住戶改善生活環境。
若您認識有意加入義務團隊的人士，歡迎與我們聯絡。目前已有約三十名義工組成先導團隊，將協助長者住戶安排搬遷及安裝基本傢俬，增設無障礙設施（如輪椅坡道、防撞角、櫥櫃及扶手），並改裝獲捐贈的傢俬以配合實際居住需求。
