As part of our commitment to expanding the capabilities of youth, starting 2019 we created the Digital Literacy Course which provides education and on the job career opportunities for young people willing to learn more about coding and working within information technology.
We decided that the best way to do so was through equipping suitable candidates with the right tools, frameworks, and libraries. Most importantly, we wanted to give them hands-on experience with coding so that command line work will no longer be intimidating or foreign.
